Raj has over 10 years in the field of HR and learning & development (L&D), and holds a masters degree and CIPD qualification in HR. She has previously worked across a range of industries, including legal, hospitality and housing.

Raj has a great interest in people development and ensuring that employees are able to accumulate skills and knowledge, and have an enjoyable experience in the organisations they work for. She is a mental health first aider, and also has experience implementing employee wellbeing schemes.
